| Former Head Coach Dave Montgomery founded the Greater Frankfort Swim Association in 1965. Today the Frankfort Area Swim Team (FAST) is an incorporated, non-profit, parent run swim club consisting of approximately 40 swimmers. Over the past 40 years FAST has coached over 400 swimmers to state championships in individual events. FAST has consistently placed well in State Championships. The leadership and involvement of the coaches, combined with the spirit and friendship of its swimmers and families make FAST unique. |
